Payments and Billing

1. If you have a NET30 account with Clongen, payments are due within 30 calendar days from completion of service.

2. New customers from institutions have to provide a credit card number or a PO with their first request.

3. New individual customers are responsible for payment at the time of test request.

4. Checks, money orders and credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
