Ecolabeling and Cleaner Production
We have expertise in different projects funded by the European commission (Life Program, GEP), the World Bank (METAP) and the GTZ entailing technical assistance and transfer of technology. Pollution prevention initiatives through cleaner production are our main goal.
Our experts know how to lead a campaign on Ecolabel programs to raise awareness and inform all stakeholders from governmental institutions, the industry, and the consumers of the importance of their contribution in environmental programs. This includes organization of seminars, developing technical programs for building capacities in different stakeholders, giving presentations to mobilize interested partners in the program. Major tasks are:
- Facilitating communications using moderation specialists and diverse techniques of communications.
- Providing the media with the right information to publish for better coverage of the subject and answer questions relevant to the program.
- Internet campaign design and organization of the information relative the Ecolabeling program and its activities for marketing purposes.
- Organizing and leading delegations on missions to Europe to visit different institutions involved in the Ecolabeling business and holding meetings with officials and addressing issues with regards to the implementation of the program.
- We managed the Ecolabeling initiative project in Tunisia, and our engineers were in charge of :
- Providing technical assistance of the project
- Establishing and maintaining project communications
- Overseeing the development of project deliverables
- Establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
- Monitoring the project finances and milestones to evaluate profitability in decision-making.
