This PCR kit detects Trichomonas vaginalis from human and animal sources with high sensitivity and specificity. The kit includes all necessary ingredients except for Taq Polymerase. Any standard Taq can be used with the kit. We recommend using New Englad Biolabs Standard Taq Polymerase or Genscript Taq Polymerase. Please call customer service if you have any questions.
